Originally from a small coastal town in Florida, Kait moved to Richmond in July of 2019 and immersed herself in true "Virginia is for lovers" fashion and fell in love with all it has to offer. She spent much of her adult years working in jobs that allowed her to meet lots of different people on a daily basis and grow relationships with them before a fellow real estate agent, turned good friend, told her that she would make a great agent because of her attention to detail, desire to win, and most importantly, passion for meeting and helping people.

She made the switch to real estate in 2021 and hasn't looked back. She discovered a genuine love for helping first time home buyers navigate the process and buying their first home to create memories in. Kait has helped not only first time buyers but also sellers find their next home and even those relocating from other states like she did.

Clients appreciate her low pressure sales, attention to detail, patience, negotiation skills, and focus on building a genuine and transparent relationship with every client.

In her free time Kait can be found enjoying coffee at a local coffee shop, playing with her dog Peyton, working out, and spending time making memories with loved ones.
